RSAK Summer Social Charity Tournament
July 18th
Individual signups for July 14th DRAFT
(tentative)
The purpose of this tournament is for RSAK players to get to know one another.
Pack a picnic basket and meet some new faces by playing on a team of players from many different teams!
All participants must signup
by July 14th.

Registration will cost $20 per person and cover the cost of fields and related costs for running the tournament.

Once a pool of players is collected, the amount of possible teams will be determined, captains will be chosen from volunteers, and a draft will ensue on July 10th.

Cherryment was won by The Capital City Goofballs with a come from behind 6-5 win in the bottom of the 5th. Congratulations to The Regulators for keeping their RSAK record "non-winning" streak alive as well! Thanks to all of the teams who particapated, and a big thank you to Cherry Baton Rouge! The Orange Jews and Hot 4 Teacher advance to the playoffs, so congratulations to them as well. UPDATES:

Kick BALL 2009 was a great success!
The Kick BALL is our annual charity gala featuring food, music, dancing, beer, wine, and of course, the awards ceremony for the Fall 2008 season. Proceeds from the formal affair go to the
ARC of Baton Rouge
via the RSAK Foundation.

The 2009 Mardi Gras Tournament was held on February 7-8, 2009, at

Congratulations to
Kicking It Old School for winning back-to-back
RSAK Cup Championships! (only the second team to do so, and the first team to do it with undefeated regular seasons) Shake N Bake was one out away from dethroning KIOS, but could not quite close the deal, allowing the tying run in the bottom of the 5th and the winning run in extra innings, but congrats to them for back-to-back 2nd place finishes. The Regulators dethroned Team ... Brought to you by the Fine Folks at the Happy Note for the Cherryment title, managing to lose out in convincing fashion along the way! The 2009 Kick BALL was the venue for the announcement of all of the season awards including Most Improved Team, Lemony Kickit, Best New Team, I'd Kick That, Mz. RSAK Lauren O'Neil, and co-Mr. RSAK Nick Meyers and Travis Ducote. For the complete list of winners, click here! Congratulations to all of our winning teams and players, and thanks to all season participants for making this the biggest RSAK season ever!
